Winnie Claudene Williams Naman, 77, of Mobile, Alabama, passed away on March 5, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by the greatest gifts of her life, her husband of 49 years, George L Naman, sr, daughters Laura D (Todd) Keas and Elizabeth I Naman, sons William T (Tommy) (Rebecca) Massingill, Mark A (Carrie) Massingill, and George L (Dr. Michelle (Shelley)) Naman, jr; grandchildren Monica Keas (Matt) Warren, Rebecca Keas (Michael) Ellison, Charles (CJ) (Maria) Massingill, Shelby Massingill, Sarah Massingill, Justin Massingill, Rachel Massingill, William (Will) Massingill, George (Trace) Naman, III, Caroline Naman, and Riley Kate Naman; and great-grandchildren Vivian Ellison, Matthew Warren, Crosby Ellison, Hayes Warren, George Ellison, and Isabella (Ella Cate) Warren. She is also survived by her devoted brothers Richard (Larry) (Linda) Williams and Mabry K (Bubba/Ace) Williams, sister Jacqueline (Ronald) Foster, brothers-in-law Thomas J Naman, Bruce (Carol) Naman, Walter (Linda) Naman, and sister-in-law Virginia (Ginger) (Van) Koppersmith, several nieces, nephews, many other family members, friends, the parishioners at St Pius X Church and Parish, Daughter’s of Mary, and a special angel Antionette Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Wilson and Mavis Claudene Williams, sisters Freida Mae Williams Fredriksen, Andrea Mavis Williams Chatel, and Edna Gertrude Williams, and brothers William James Williams, William Kirven Williams, and Jimmie Frank Williams. The family would like to thank Southern Cancer Center, MD Anderson, Springhill Home Health and Hospice, and 100% Care By Carol and Crew for the loving care provided during this journey. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Pius X Catholic Church. The rosary will recited Sunday, March 8 at St Pius X Catholic Church, 217 South Sage Avenue, Mobile, Alabama at 5:00pm followed by Visitation in the Sarto Center until 8:00pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St Pius X Catholic Church, 217 South Sage Avenue, Mobile, Alabama on Monday, March 9, at 10:00am. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens. Celebrant will be Fr Johnny Savoie. Pallbearers are William T (Tommy) Massingill, George L Naman, jr, Todd Keas, Matt Warren, Michael Ellison, Charles (CJ) Massingill, William (Will) Massingill, and George (Trace) Naman, III. Honorary pallbearers are Larry Williams and Mabry K (Bubba/Ace) Williams.
