OneKeo Sayasan

OneKeo Sayasan, age 71, of Irvington, AL passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019. OneKeo was born July 7, 1947. She married Somphet Sayasan in October of 1961 and together they had nine children and survived 58 years of marriage together. OneKeo "Ma Thue" loved to dance and loved to have her family with her. Nothing made her smile more than seeing her grandchildren and great grandchildren playing and happy. She made sure her family always stayed close and knew what was most important. She is loved very much and will be missed tremendously by all who knew her. OneKeo is survived by her husband, Somphet Sayasane; daughter Khan Kham Sayasane; son Khan Xay Sayasane; son Khan Nguen Sayasane; daughter Phonesavanh "Phon" Berry; son Phousavanh "Pete" Sayasane; daughter Ketsavanh "Kay" Prine; daughter Touka Partouche; daughter Phouvanh "Phou" Lane; son-in-law Wesley Berry; son-in-law Paul Prine; and son-in-law Grant Lane; grandson Matthew Prine, grandchild Kayla (Nick) Downey, grandchild Jenna (Chase) Patterson, granddaughter Teah Berry, grandson Danny "Dray" Thompson, granddaughter Ashlyn Lane, grandson Tyler Berry, grandson Deavin Sayasane, granddaughter Chelsey Sayasane, granddaughter Allie Sayasane, granddaughter Emily Prine, granddaughter Kaylie Sayasane, granddaughter Mia Lane, grandson Caleb Prine, grandson Calvin Partouche, granddaughter Lana Partouche, grandson Terrence Partouche, great grandson Nolan Patterson, great granddaughter Ava Kate Downey, great grandson Brantley Thompson, great granddaughter Maliah Prine and great grandson Stryker Patterson. OneKeo was preceded in death by; daughter KhanTong Sayasan; great granddaughter Aubrey Kate Downey, and great granddaughter Hadley Kate Downey. A visitation for OneKeo will be held Friday, June 21, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home, 8691 Old Pascagoula Road, Theodore, Alabama 36582. A laotian traditional service will occur Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM, 8691 Old Pascagoula Road, Theodore, Alabama 36582. A cremation will occur at Serenity Crematory, 8691 Old Pascagoula Rd., Theodore, AL 36582.
