Charlotte Karen Pinter went into our loving Father’s arms on Friday, September 23, 2022. Karen, Mom, Aunt, Nanny, KK, and Nahhnahh was born June 13, 1949 to Dorothy Ruth & Johnny Willis in Mobile, Alabama. She is predeceased by the love of her life, Billy Pat Pinter; loving sons, Perry Eastman Willis and Christopher Canoy Pinter; spirited mother, Dorothy Ruth Willis; no-nonsense but loving father, Johnny “Tinsey” Willis; and outdoorsman and wonderful brother, Ricky Willis. She leaves behind her daughter, Rachel Price (Jarrod); honorary daughter, Betsy Hagen (Timmy); grandchildren, Jordi Roberts (Michael) and Jarrod Pat Price (Lexey); great-grandchildren, IsaBella Roberts and Georgia Roberts; brother, Johnny Willis; sisters-in-law, Ercelle Pinter, Dianne Poole (Ronald), and Cindy Willis; nieces and nephews, Ambre Cauley (Matt), Joey Willis (Brandi), Alisha Willis, and Michael Willis (Daphne); grand-nieces and nephews, Meagan (Austin), Dixie, Mattison C., Brandon, Mattison, Ashley, Johnnie, Laney Grace, Madelynn, Brookelynn, Autumn Price, and Brooke Price; cooking buddy, Donnie Price; very special best friend for life, Lynda Woods; other relatives, and friends. Mom was a truly loving and selfless soul. She would light up a room and make you feel right at home at the same time. Never boring, she was always up for adventure and lived life to the fullest. These past years have been hard for her but she always had a smile and wanted to make sure everyone else had what they needed and were okay. Taking after her mother, she also did not hesitate to point out if you were wrong or if your attitude needed an adjustment. We are all better for having known her. We as a family are deeply saddened at the loss of this great woman, best friend, and heart of the family, but we will rejoice knowing she is with her King and the loved ones who went on before her. Much love to you until we meet again. Pallbearers will be Jarrod Price, Michael Roberts, Donnie Price, Michael Willis, Matt Cauley, and Joey Willis. Honorary pallbearer will be Ronald Poole. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 29., 2022 from 12-2 PM at Theodore Church of God, followed by service at 2 PM. She will be laid to rest in Oddfellows Cemetery.
