    Glenn Irvin Wescovich

    November 6, 1973 - June 19, 2022

Glenn Irvin Wescovich, a resident of Irvington, AL, was born in Mobile, AL, on November 6, 1973, and passed away unexpectedly on Father’s Day, June 19, 2022, in Chattanooga, TN. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; loving father, Robert “Mitchie” Wescovich; brother, Steven Michael Degerstrom, Sr.; brother-in-law, William “Biscuit” Ladnier; and mother-in-law, Lynda Straub Ladnier, who loved him as her own. Glenn is survived by his wife and soulmate of 17 years, Carolyn “Cunill” Straub Wescovich; children, Kaitlyn Patrick, Grant Whitehurst, Johnny Patrick, and Parker Wescovich; his “baby girls,” Ronni Jeanne (R.J.) Culp and Livia Straub, who adored their “Dunkie;” mother, Joann Hicks Wescovich; brothers, Bobby (Roseann) Wescovich, Jr. and Edward (Mandy) Wescovich; sisters, Mandy (Jayme) Jackson and Molly (Ken) Laurendine; step-mother, Anita Collier Wescovich; as well as countless nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; extended relatives, in-laws, and lifelong friends. Glenn was among the most passionate and loving of men, whose personality, smile, talent, and love of children will never be forgotten. He treasured fishing, telling stories, making people laugh, and spending time with his family, friends, and his “baby girls.” He leaves behind a legacy of loyalty, hard work, love, and laughter that will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation will held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 11 AM-12 PM at Serenity Funeral Home, followed by service at 12 PM. Interment will be held in the Garden of Tranquility at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
