Vicki Lou Keeley

Vicki Lou Keeley was the first born twin to parents Pat and Ruth Frazier. She was born on Christmas Eve, December 24th, 1955. Vicki resembled her identical twin so much, growing up family made jokes that the two girls couldn't be told apart and Nicki, always the biggest, was being fed twice. Although Vicki was just around 5ft tall, she had a presence that was felt by everyone. Vicki had a gypsy soul and wild stallion heart that everyone gravitated to. She could not be tamed. She has never met a stranger. It seems impossible to try and sum up such an extrodinary and one of a kind person down into a short excerpt. How do you tell the world she lived life to the fullest, without detailing the millions of examples how she did that daily. The moments no one understood until now. Vicki lived such a full, complete and purposeful life. One with so much fullfillment, she truly LIVED life. She lived without fear, always choose what made her happy and led her life in such a beautiful way. Vicki had a wild heart and was always coming up with something new to do. Vicki was always able to say what needed to be said and made sure her opinion was heard. She was a strong willed woman who knew how to make the most unique and beautiful crafts. Her heart was always in the right place and she always made sure she helped everyone she could, in any way possible. Vicki loved deeply and whole heartedly, taking special exception to animals. Vicki had pets throughout her life ranging from a baby deer, skunk, raccoon, opossum, ferrets and turtles. When she lived in CO, she had a wild salamander who lived in the basement window for many years. The most prominent quality Vicki had was her love for animals! She would stop and care for any animals! She kept so many in need animals and took them as her own. When Vicki suffered the loss of her husband Dan, she decided to make a life she loved for herself. This landed her back in AL with a home she truly loved and near her daughter Amy. Vicki made the house her dream home. She had the biggest craft room, the beach right by, enormous custom made cat tunnels through her home and even hand painted a mural on the bar wall in her kitchen. She found her peace on the water and was Kayaking all the way up to her last year here on earth. Vicki is accompanying both of her parents, Patrick Henry and Ruth Estelle Frazier, her husband Dan Keeley, brother Rex Fraizer and grandson Nicholas Zirlott in heaven. Vicki is survived by her childrens father Billy Ray Todd, daughter Amy Todd, son Marshall Todd, her 3 sisters Marianne Salvatori, her twin sister Nicki Allen and Patricia Sims. Vicki was always a wonderful grandmother to her grandchildren Jadea Reifshnieder, Kylie, Devon and Jaidan Todd, Nathan Rosario-Cruz and Nicholas Zirlott. Vicki suffered the loss of her grandson Nicholas in 2022, which we all know was the first person to greet her as she went to Heaven. Vicki is finally able to visit Rainbow bridge, a place she mentioned often when remebering her previous pets. Vicki was truly a woman who will be loved, remembered, cherished and missed. There will be no services, and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to a local TNR (Trap, Nueter, Release) or Animal Rescue facility.
