Robert Lamar Bolt

September 13, 1945 - January 23, 2022

Robert Lamar Bolt was born September 13, 1945 in Calhoun county to Willie Mae Bolt and Ulas L. Bolt. He passed on January 23, 2022 in Mobile county at Mobile Infirmary Hospital. He resided in Mobile county for 45+ years with his family. He was proceeded in death by his parents; siblings, Calvin, Lera, Ethel, and Dorothy; wife, Mary B. Bolt; and son, Gary L. Bolt. He was survived by his three daughters, Dianna Morgan, Donna Bolt and Mary Todd; three grandsons, one granddaughter, and two great-grandsons; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives, and friends. Robert was always a hard working man from a very young age. For most of his life he worked operating heavy equipment and drove trucks. Robert was a very family oriented man and welcomed anyone that needed a safe place to live, whether it be family or friends. Robert will always be remembered as a hard-working, caring man, who never let anyone do without. He will be dearly missed. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 11 AM-12 PM at Serenity Funeral Home, followed by service at 12 PM. Interment will be held in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
