Katherine Gail Stewart

Katherine Gail Stewart, age 61, passed away March 26, 2022 in Mobile, AL. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 3:30 PM at Serenity Funeral Home. Mrs. Stewart was a native of North Carolina and had lived in the Mobile area for 34 years. She had retired after many years of service in the welding supply business. She enjoyed spending time outdoors where she loved camping, fishing, and going to the beach. She really loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Stewart is survived by her husband, Paul David Stewart II; son, Joseph Stewart (Amber); daughters, Brittney Watters (Anthony) and Holly Stewart (Thadeous Barnes, Jr.); mother, Wanda Gail Ponder; brothers, Roger Sprinkle and Ted Sprinkle, Jr.; grandchildren, Joseph Stewart II, Haley Stewart, Gabriel Stewart, Christopher Harper II, Anthony Watters, Jr., O’livia Watters, Kendrick Watters, Rose Peyton, Zoey Barnes, Thadeous Barnes III; other relatives, and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
