John Edward Harris Sr.

John "Fuzzy" Edward Harris Sr., age 76, a resident of Irvington, Alabama passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022. Fuzzy was born November 27, 1945 to Nellie and Edward Harris. He was an avid fisherman and a retired boat captain. He was a family man and loved his kids and grandkids. He is survived by his son, John (Jennifer); daughter, Amy; grandsons, Justin (Krysten), Andrew (Theresa), & Robert; granddaughters, Kaylyn & Gracie; great-grandsons, Tristain & Otto; sisters, Mary "Kikki" (Manuel) & Gladys Harris; brothers, Garland (Mary Jo), Danny, Lonnie (Pam), and Harry (Monica); nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward; mother, Nellie; brothers, Ernest, Ricky, & Stormy; and sister, Marie. A visitation will be held Friday, April 29, 2022 at 11:00 AM at San Souci Baptist Church, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. He will be laid to rest in Oddfellows Cemetery.
